Located in the Historic Lodge at Lutsen Resort, “Strand” means shore in Swedish, highlighting one of the dining room’s best assets – the incredible view of Lake Superior and the Poplar River. We pride ourselves in offering a truly unique dining experience for our guests with a menu that consists of a strong blend of contemporary and traditional North Shore Cuisine items. Our temperature-controlled wine cellar holds 1200 bottles of international and local fine wines. We carry 20 wines from the Wine Spectator Top 100 list, including the #1 wine.

Very newly renovated and remodeled with an upscale steakhouse atmosphere, Silver Creek Chophouse is going to be a truly unique experience on the North Shores. Featuring an extensive wine list, our temperature-controlled wine cellar, and the massive beautiful new fireplace. We are seeking out friendly wait staff that will make our guest’s dining experience one to be remembered! Silver Creek Chophouse does require a resort casual dress code from our clientele and dinner reservations are always recommended.
